After the Kick-Start sessions, research shows that a 3-month commitment to the coaching process is the surest path to success. This package includes 6 sessions - 1 every 2 weeks. Generous support in between sessions is part of the program.

Coaching sessions are held on the Healthie app (iOs and Android / mobile, tablet, desktop). Everything is at your fingertips ... access your care plan, track your goals, monitor your progress, chat with your coach, and schedule your sessions quickly and easily. ​

If wellness coaching feels like a good fit for you, the next step is the kick-start package ... which includes the first 4 weekly sessions focused on identifying your goals and getting you started.

The Explorer Maintenance Program group coaching is available for those clients who have finished their Kick Start and Deep Dive sessions. Group sessions provide the support and accountability to keep you on track with your new habits. ​
