Cancer Survivors

Support for life during & after treatment and for navigating what comes next.

You’re in the right place if cancer has changed your life and you’re trying to find your footing again.

For many people, the end of treatment doesn’t bring the clarity or relief they expected. Instead, it can feel disorienting. The structure and intensity of care fall away, but the questions remain: Who am I now? How do I move forward? What does “well” even mean anymore?

This space exists to support you after treatment, during survivorship, or while living with cancer, without rushing you, minimizing what you’ve been through, or expecting you to “bounce back.”

You're In the Right Place If...
  • treatment has ended (or paused), but life doesn’t feel settled

  • you’re living with ongoing cancer or long-term effects

  • you feel pressure to “get back to normal,” but normal no longer fits

  • fear of recurrence or uncertainty is part of your daily landscape

  • your identity, priorities, or sense of direction have shifted

  • you want support that looks beyond appointments and scans

You don’t need to be in crisis to be here.

And you don’t need to know what kind of support you want yet.

What Support Focuses On Here

Support for cancer survivors here focuses on navigating your life, not fixing.

That includes help with:

  • regaining a sense of stability and direction during and after cancer

  • learning how to live with uncertainty and fear of recurrence

  • rebuilding confidence, identity, and self-trust

  • developing practical skills for long-term wellbeing

  • supporting follow-through with health and life changes

  • integrating cancer into your life story without letting it define everything

This work honors both what you’ve been through and the life you’re continuing to live.

How Support Works Here

Support is skills-based, collaborative, and non-medical.

It is designed to complement, not replace, your clinical care.

Depending on what feels most helpful, support may include:

  • individual coaching

  • guided experiences or circle-based support

  • guided community spaces with others navigating survivorship

There is no expectation to share everything, to be positive, or to move at any particular pace. Support adapts to your capacity, not the other way around.

Ways to Begin

You don’t need to do everything. One small step is enough.

A Few Thoughts...

A Note About Timing

There is no “right” point in survivorship to seek support.

Some people arrive:

  • during treatment

  • immediately after treatment

  • months or years later

  • during recurrence or ongoing cancer

All of these are valid.

You are not late. And you are not doing this wrong.

You've Already Been Through a Lot

Support here is meant to help you walk forward.

Steadily, honestly, and on your own terms.
