How are sessions held?
Sessions are held on the Healthie app (a secure and HIPAA-compliant app) that lets us conduct our sessions on the app (computer, tablet, & phone)

What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a guided pause - a safe space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. We’ll explore where you are now, where you want to go, and what might be standing in the way. Using thoughtful questions, practical tools, and compassionate support, I’ll help you clarify your path, shift unhelpful patterns, and take meaningful steps forward. You bring your lived experience. I bring the compass.
What if I’m not sure this is the right time?
That’s a perfectly valid question and one we can explore together. Sometimes the simple act of pausing to check in with yourself is the first step forward. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
The Strategy Call is a no-pressure space to discuss what’s on your mind and determine whether coaching is a helpful next step. Wherever you are, we start there.
