Start Here

Your first step begins here.

If you’re feeling uncertain about what kind of support would be helpful right now, you’re not alone, and you don’t need to have it figured out before you begin.

This page is here to help you orient yourself, understand where you belong, and find a clear next step — without rushing or overwhelming you.

Take a breath. Read slowly. Start where it fits.

Choose the path that best matches your situation.

It's ok to explore. These paths are simply possible starting points.

Cancer Survivors

Support for life during and after treatment... and for navigating what comes next.

If you’ve completed cancer treatment, are living with cancer, or are somewhere in between, this path is for you. Many survivors describe this phase as disorienting: life has changed, but there’s little guidance for how to rebuild, adjust, or move forward.

Here you’ll find support focused on:

  • regaining a sense of stability and direction

  • rebuilding confidence and self-trust

  • navigating fear of recurrence, identity shifts, and life transitions

  • developing skills and habits for long-term wellbeing and follow-through

Caregivers

Support for those caring for someone with cancer.

If you’re supporting a partner, family member, or loved one with cancer, your experience matters... even if it often feels invisible. Caregiving can be emotionally taxing, isolating, and exhausting, especially when there’s little space to tend to your own needs.

This path offers support for:

  • managing emotional strain and uncertainty

  • reducing burnout and overwhelm

  • finding ways to care for yourself while caring for someone else

  • connecting with others who understand the caregiving experience

Survivorship and supportive care resources for patients and caregivers.

If you are an oncology professional looking for survivorship-oriented support options for patients or caregivers, this path provides an overview of available programs, referral pathways, and collaborative opportunities.

You’ll find information about:

  • survivorship-focused coaching and group support

  • structured programs addressing the post-treatment gap

  • referral-friendly resources designed to complement clinical care

Health, Wellness, & Transitions

Support for health goals, life transitions, and intentional aging.

If you’re navigating aging, health-related changes, or a significant life transition and you’re looking for support focused on sustainable habits, clarity, and personal direction, this path may be the best fit.

This path focuses on:

  • intentional aging and healthy lifestyle changes

  • navigating identity shifts and life transitions

  • building life navigation skills that support long-term wellbeing

  • coaching that emphasizes follow-through, not quick fixes

Not Sure Where You Fit Yet?

That's okay. Many people aren't.

If you'd prefer a simpler starting point, or if you're feeling overwhelmed,

you have two gentle options:

Find Your Next Best Step

A short orientation page designed to help you identify what kind of support may be most helpful right now.

Life Navigation Toolkit

A practical, low-pressure starting resource with tools to help you find your footing and reflect on next steps.

A Final Note

You don’t need to consume everything here.
You don’t need to commit to anything right away.
And you don’t need to know exactly what you need.

This space exists to support you where you are, not where you think you should be.

When you’re ready, choose a path, and we’ll take the next steps together.
